Business Transformation
PCI has worked extensively with BP through multiple engagements to support their business transformation objectives.
Some of these engagements included supporting the BP Transformation Team to define and select an optimal retail maintenance delivery model with a very clear view of the organisation’s business objectives, assisting in organisational impact assessments and management of change planning, and leadership and team development.
PCI also assisted BP to review and develop its asset management delivery strategy including the establishment of appropriate contract model to support its long-term maintenance and operational objectives.
