Jim Dingwall and Holly Dinh facilitated the establishment of 3 collaborative maintenance contracts for BHP Billiton, designed to deliver their cultural and long-term aspirations for performance at Olympic Dam, Australia’s largest underground mine.  This process received excellent industry feedback and recognition for the quality and transparency of process and has made a significant contribution to performance improvement at Olympic Dam.
